Welcome to our Antiparos home: Another Island is a collection of five private houses located on the southern tip of Antiparos in Agios Georgios. Their privileged location up on the hill offers an overwhelming view of the Aegean Archipelago, the uninhabited island of Despotiko and the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo in a safe haven from the elements. A sense of ancient silence welcomes you to the houses and the lovingly simple Cycladic architecture invites you to slow down and live in the now.

The story of these houses dates back to the 1850s, when the region was being mined for metals and some huts were constructed for the workers to live in. Many years later, Marios, the son of the owner of the original huts, with all his love for Antiparos and the Cyclades, renovated them to the classically refined yet amazingly simple, and functional houses they are today.

Each house offers an uninterrupted view to the Aegean Sea, magical gazes to the night sky away from light pollution, and the unmatched silence of protected bay. Although the houses are blessed with the privacy and serenity of the hill, they are just 15’ walk away from the sea, and the vibrancy of the southern beaches of Antiparos. The windmill house

The windmill is the first feature that stands out from very far away. A unique place to call your holiday home consisting of a master suite with en-suite bathroom located on the top floor of the windmill, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the annex building. The windmill also features a beautiful outdoor kitchen with access to an infinity pool overlooking the beach of Agios Georgios.

HORIZON HOUSE

Horizon House features huge outdoor and indoor spaces with breathtaking views. It consists of two bedrooms, one on the top floor with panoramic views, and a lower-floor bedroom with its own private patio, and private pool. Complete with an immense rooftop lounge, ideal for gazing at the stars lying on comfy, over-sized pillows.

HESTIA house

Hestia House is built among the dramatic rocks, a private lookout is created from which to enjoy the morning breeze even on the hottest of days.

It consists of two twin rooms with a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room for those afternoon siestas. Both rooms have uninterrupted sea views and access to the pool.

Gerani house

Gerani is a private home that you are bound to fall in love with. Built in the traditional Greek island style,its thick walls keep it cool even during the hottest summer days. It consists of a double room with en-suite bathroom and a living room area, complete with a huge veranda and of course, amazing views of Despotiko and the Southern Aegean.
