Amy is a true wellness powerhouse – she’s a health coach, a personal trainer (she got Selena Gomez in shape for her Revival tour!) an actress and an avid health food chef. On top of her multifaceted career, Amy is a mom of 2, so she truly knows how imperfect and hectic life can be. She was raised as a dancer and has years of training in aerobics, kickboxing, tai chi and of course, Yoga and Pilates.

Amy’s style is truly a” less is more” approach. She focuses on slowing down using yoga, Pilates, breath, and mindful movement- keeping your body in the here and now. Using the spaciousness of the moment, she will take you on a journey inward tapping into your own unique rhythm and flow.
