‘She’s lost control’ Crystal Healing
Sweet summer dreams start from a good night’s sleep, right? Our favourite London based spiritual healing hub has the most dreamy crystals & stones. We’ve been loving the amethyst stone which activates the crown chakra, helps us tap into our inner psyche, and expands our consciousness in the dreaming realms.
We love their motto, “A true Nomadic spirit” ! Even if your travel only involves the nearby park, it’s worth having handy a stylish quality beach towel that screams freedom and island vibes. Anna loves her Liorona towl , which she always wears as a scarf when the Myconian breeze hits or as a dress when dancing at the beach bar!
Greek nut-spreads to dream of
Cocoa- almond butter with crunchy nuts and fresh berries on toasted sourdough homemade bread on a summer morning. Need to say more?
All the Fykiada girls are obsessed with The Nutlers cocoa-almond butter spread. It is our go-to superfood , yummy snack when we are retreating and need to keep our energy levels high and our sweet tooth satisfied.
Summer calls for comfort, body-hugging, and light textures. Organic Basics have perfected the art of comfort nudes and this is our favorite chemical & wireless free bra. It could also serve as a bikini top in the south of France or in Koufonisia island :)
Our favorite Greek sandals! Effortless & chic, plain & minimal. Anna & Eranthi got them in both black & light brown and they wear them at any time of the day. Pair them with a cocktail dress or with a denim & t-shirt, or even your swimsuit & a caftan. We love Sappho because it’s made with care. Every stitch of this well-crafted hand made sandal has been explored to create the perfect shoe.
Urban-chic swimwear by Lokiki
Our new summer obsession is called Lokiki (we even love the sound of it) and it’s a swimwear brand with great fit, clean lines, and sustainable practices on every phase of its production. We love them because they’re great regardless if you’re sunbathing on an island beach or on your balcony’s lounge chair. The swimsuits are produced in New York and the fabric is buttery soft and made in Italy (all the nylon used is created by 100% recycled fishing nets). Eranthi got the Maya bandeau top and Zadie Hipster bottom which has a more sporty look while Anna went for the Georgia top which has a better hold.
